4th Annual Ride to Maker Faire
May 19th, Dolores Park to Maker Faire, 8:30 – 11am
Bike to Maker Faire! We take a relaxed pace and get to Maker Faire in style, with art bikes to amaze and bike DJs keeping the beat the whole way. It’s a 20 mile ride to the Faire, which takes approximately 2 1/2 – 3 hours. No worries, though, you’ll get there in time for a full day of amazing interactive art, inventions, music, and more.
We work with Maker Faire to make sure the cyclists can get their bikes directly into Bike Parking and into the Faire. Additionally, bike riders get free valet parking (locks encouraged) plus a $5 discount on your Maker Faire ticket! The route is well marked with route arrows.

Return trip home on Public Transport: Take Caltrain or bike to Milbrae BART.

Maker Faire

Two days of inventions, music, and fun! We’ll be powerin’ up the Pedal Power Stage and churning up ice cream with a possible Chef appearance! This is by far one of the coolest events in San Francisco for innovators or for those intrigued by new and exciting things! This family-friendly event offers student and youth ticket prices.
