Don't worry about Customer service. The DLG was delivered as predicted 2 weeks. Like a fine wine I understand good things take time. My belief is that the attitude towards improvement you have is the way to create more business. The DLG Green Envy Double is way brighter than I thought. Today I made my commute with them under full DLG Protection. They more than lasted until the sun started to rise. I feel safer riding at night rather than during the day. I have a front white flashing led light. a led flashing strip and led blinker rear and now the DLG. I got SEEN and cars gave me more room or actually changed lanes completely. I am going to sport them around town this weekend too. People ask me about my Xtracycle I know they will ask me about my DLG system as well. I will be happy to share my experience with them.
Great Engineering and design the holding clamps a especially nice, being a worry wort I still use the soft rubber piece across the front too.
Can't wait to ride again!
