Yuba Bicycles

Based in Germany and California, Yuba is a collaborative venture of experienced entrepreneurs in the field of load-carrying and innovative bicycles, the non-profit sector, and the sport adventure world.

Designer Klaus Schroder has been working in the bicycle industry for more than two decades with an emphasis on innovative bike design. He opened one of the first recumbent bicycle shops in Germany and designed the recumbent ScooterBike. Klaus serves as product manager for the ScooterBike brand as well as a designer for Yuba and the co-designer of the Mundo.

Salesman and US lead Benjamin Sarrazin is a former professional kayaker who spent much of his time exploring developing countries during his competitive years. Conversant in four languages, Benjamin has helped other bike manufacturers build their brand in Europe. Now helps to bring the German-engineered Mundo to the US.

In partnership with Panther Bicycles, a German-based bicycle manufacturer, Yuba is bringing a simple, affordable, load-carrying bike to the market.
