
An appreciative customer from Seattle sent us this cool comic praising our customer service after a quick response to a problem with his Down Low Glow.
We certainly aim to please, but we have to admit that September and early October were pretty rocky for customer service at Rock The Bike. We had a long back order on the Down Low Glow due to a delayed battery shipment, followed by a handful of basic shipping errors. I personally was out of town during much of this period, working in Austin on the UMDJ project, and on then tour as an entertainer with the 2-Mile Challenge. So I couldn't be there to help out on crucial shipping days.
We've now worked through these errors one by one emailing with customers to resolve the problems. We're training our shipping team to fill orders carefully and speedily, with fewer mistakes.
